Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Taylor’s Astrology.
All hand-drawn artworks are created to order and packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

1. Processing Time

Each artwork is created by hand.
Typical creation and preparation times are:

  • A1 charts: 2–4 weeks

  • A2 charts: 1–3 weeks

  • A3 charts: 1–2 weeks

Processing begins once full payment and all required birth details are received.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may require additional time.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Packaging

All artworks are packaged securely to prevent damage.

  • All sizes (A1, A2, A3) are shipped rolled in a protective scroll tube, unless otherwise stated.

  • The tube is sealed and cushioned internally to ensure the artwork is not creased or damaged in transit.

If you require flat shipping for any reason, please contact me before purchasing to check availability and additional costs.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Australia: 3–10 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand. Taylor’s Astrology is not responsible for delays outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

All physical artworks include tracked shipping.
Your tracking number will be sent automatically in your fulfilment notification email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Taylor’s Astrology is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at taylorsastrology@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Taylor’s Astrology is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact me immediately to request an address update.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves my studio and is scanned by the postal service, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact the courier using your tracking number.
I will assist where possible, but cannot replace items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
