Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Taylor’s Astrology.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for services or commissioned artwork purchased through this website.

By booking a reading or placing a commission, you agree to the terms below.

1. Readings & Consultations

1.1 Non-refundable once completed

Astrological readings are a time-based, interpretive service.
Once a reading has taken place (online or otherwise), it is non-refundable.

Missed or partial attendance does not qualify for refunds.

1.2 Rescheduling policy

  • You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Late rescheduling (within 24 hours) is not possible.

  • The original booking fee is forfeited if rescheduling is not completed in time.

1.3 No-show policy

If you do not attend at the scheduled time:

  • No refund is provided.

  • The booking is considered fully forfeited.

2. Commissioned Artwork

2.1 Made-to-order artwork

Each chart is drawn by hand and customized specifically for the client.

Minor variations in shading, linework, or texture are natural characteristics of handmade artwork and not considered defects.
Because of this, all commissioned artwork is:

  • Non-refundable once the drawing process has begun

  • Non-refundable after completion

2.2 Cancellation before work begins

If you request a cancellation before any drawing work has started:

  • A refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any transaction or processing fees.

  • Cancellations must be requested before any design, planning, or preliminary sketching has begun.

2.3 Damaged / lost orders (if shipped)

If artwork is shipped and arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Replacements or solutions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • If the parcel is lost or damaged by the courier, we will assist with lodging a claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement unless the courier approves the claim.

We do not refund for:

  • Delays caused by postal services

  • Client error in providing incorrect shipping information

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery is confirmed by the courier.

3. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

Refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • The client accidentally paid twice

  • A technical processing error occurred

  • A system malfunction caused an incorrect charge

Refunds for technical errors are issued only after confirmation from the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments).

These cases are verified through the payment processor before any refund is issued.

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on:

  • Readings

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Incorrect birth details provided by the client

Please confirm all details carefully before booking, and ensure all information provided (birth data, preferences, shipping address) is correct before submitting your order.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refunds may be required where legally applicable — for example, if a service is not delivered or not as described.

If a refund is required under the ACL, it will be processed back to the original payment method.
