Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Taylor’s Astrology

All content created and published by Taylor’s Astrology, including but not limited to hand-drawn astrological charts, artwork, designs, layouts, symbols, glyphs, illustrations, written interpretations, photographs, digital images, website content, branding elements, and custom astrological systems, is protected under Australian and international copyright law.

Ownership of Work

All original works remain the exclusive intellectual property of Taylor’s Astrology unless otherwise stated. This includes commissioned works, which are created for personal use for the client but do NOT transfer copyright ownership.

Purchasing a chart or artwork grants the client ownership of the physical or digital copy only, not the underlying intellectual property.

Permitted Use

Clients may:

Display their purchased chart or artwork in their home or personal space
Share images of their chart on social media for personal, non-commercial use, provided Taylor’s Astrology is clearly credited.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from Taylor’s Astrology, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, trace, digitize, or replicate the artwork or designs
Use the artwork or designs for commercial purposes of any kind
Sell, license, distribute, or modify the artwork
Use the designs, layouts, symbols, or concepts to create derivative works
Train AI models, datasets, or generative systems using any Taylor’s Astrology content

This applies to both physical and digital reproductions, in whole or in part.

Educational & Reference Use

No part of Taylor’s Astrology’s artwork, systems, layouts, or written material may be used for teaching, workshops, publications, online courses, or reference material without explicit written consent.

Digital Security & Watermarking

Taylor’s Astrology reserves the right to apply discreet watermarking, metadata, or other protective measures to digital images and online content to protect against unauthorized use.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Taylor’s Astrology content may result in:

Takedown requests
Invoices for unauthorized usage
Legal action where appropriate

Taylor’s Astrology actively monitors misuse of its work and enforces its intellectual property rights.
