My Process

Pencil-drawn astrology chart templates shown at scale, demonstrating layout and proportions before inking.

Each chart begins with a blank sheet of 200 gsm cartridge paper (A1, A2 or A3), drafted with pencil, ruler and compass. (Portrait scale shown in image above).

The template is inked and left to dry (A2 Portrait Template)

Next the Chart is carefully filled in, adding a touch of colour (maximum 2), Zodical signs and planetary monograms are drawn in.

Followed by the completion of the Aspectarian Grid, also using your chosen colour palette

Completed hand drawn natal astrology chart artwork finished as a personalised astrological art piece.

Lastly, the table of planetary data, chart details and final touches are applied (Paper covering details of chart to preserve privacy).
