Communication Notice

All booking confirmations, updates, and correspondence are sent via email.
Clients must ensure that their email address is correct and that they check it regularly.

Readings are delivered via live video call unless otherwise stated.
Recordings (if offered) are provided only with your consent.

2.3 Rescheduling

​

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the session time.
Late rescheduling is not possible.

2.4 No-show policy

If you do not attend at the booked time, the session is considered forfeited.
No refunds apply for no-shows.

3. Commissioned Artwork

3.1 Nature of the artwork

All charts are:

• Hand-drawn

• Bespoke

• Made to order

• Produced with professional materials and careful craftsmanship

Variations in shading, linework, and texture are natural characteristics of handmade art.

3.2 Production timeframe

Estimated creation and delivery times will be listed on the product page or confirmed after purchase.
Times may vary depending on:

3.3 Ownership & usage

You own the physical artwork once delivered.
We retain the copyright to the design unless otherwise agreed.

You may not:

• Reproduce the artwork commercially

• Claim authorship of the design

4. Pricing & Payments

Payment is required in full at time of booking or purchase.

• Readings are non-refundable once completed.

• Commissioned artwork is non-refundable after the drawing process has begun.
